Memories of August

Hello! I’m staff N.

 

Extremely hot summer in Japan is going to end soon.

Even though it was hot in August, we were happy to welcome many guests to our hotel!

 

First, let me introduce our guests from Hong Kong.

They found our hotel thanks to a Hong Kong Instagrammer who featured our hotel, and they decided to book a stay.

During their stays, they enjoyed beer from the morning and savored Japanese sake called “Afuri” in the evening.

At the lounge, they had a great time chatting and drinking with guests from the United States.

It was a lively and fun atmosphere, which made us very happy too!

 

A lovely couple on their honeymoon also stayed with us.

They chose our hotel for their stay in Tokyo during their trip to Japan. We’re so grateful for that!

It was wonderful to be a part of their happy memories.

 

Additionally, we had two brothers from Slovakia. They are big fans of the anime “Demon Slayer” and happily shared their collection of figures and goods with us.

We have a wide selection of manga including English versions, so we hope our guests enjoy Japanese sake and beer while reading Japanese comics.

 

Summer is the season for “somen noodles”.

At our hotel, we change the lounge offerings, so that our guests can experience Japanese culture according to the season.

Guests from the United States enjoyed experiencing nagashi somen (flowing somen noodles) while skillfully using chopsticks.

Talking with our guests from different countries every day is very enjoyable for us.

 

As the hot days continue, we look forward to seeing more guests in September!
