Can I use the SAKE BAR even if I am not a hotel guest?

No, the sake bar is exclusively for hotel guests.

Is there parking available?

There is no dedicated parking space, please make use of the coin-operated parking lots nearby.

Is there a smoking area?

An outdoor smoking area is provided on the 1st floor of the hotel.

There is one coin-operated laundry machine on the 2nd floor. Please refrain from using it late at night as it may disturb other guests.

Do the doors lock automatically?

Yes, all the room doors lock automatically. Please be sure to carry your card key with you at all times.

Are there wheelchair accessible rooms?

Unfortunatly we do not have wheelchair accessible rooms at this time.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 3:00PM, and check-out is by 11:00AM.

Can I extend my check-out time?

It is possible to extend your stay, but an extension fee will be charged. Extension fees are as follows:
Extensions up to 3 hours after check-out time will incur a fee of 30% of the room daily rate.
Extensions up to 6 hours after check-out time will incur a fee of 50% of the room daily rate.
Extensions over 6 hours after check-out time will require full (100%) payment of the daily room rate.

Is there a cancellation fee for lodging?

Cancellations on the day before check-in will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on the check-in date will incur an 80% cancellation fee.
No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

For groups that have booked 5 or more rooms:
Cancellations 20 days prior to check-in will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 9 to 2 days prior to check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on the day before check-in will incur an 80% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on the check-in date or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

What are the room rates when I stay with my child?

The price is the same as adults for children 7 years of age and older.

Can I stay with my pet?

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Yes.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

What languages can the staff speak?

Staff who speak both English and Japanese are usually on duty, and we provide translation devices that support multiple languages.

Is the front desk open 24 hours?

A receptionist is on duty from 6:00AM-11:00PM.

Is there a curfew at night?

The entrance is locked from 11PM to 5:30AM for security reasons. Please be sure to take your card key with you if you go out.

Can I wear the loungewear provided outside?

Yes, you can wear the loungewear sets around and outside the hotel.
If you need additional sets, more can be provided for a fee.

Can guests with tattoos use the open-air bath or footbath?

Yes, guests with tattoos are welcome to use the private bath and footbath.

Is there water in the room? Can I get some ice?

Bottled water is provided in rooms on the 5th to 9th floors. Rooms on the 2nd to 4th floors can make use of the water dispensers installed in the hallways. We do not provide ice.

Can you prepare a cake for special occassions?

Yes, please contact us in advance with details and your budget.

Can I send my luggage in advance?

Yes, we will store it at the front desk.

There is no restaurant, but light snacks and breakfast are served at the bar on the 1st floor.

Breakfast is served from 6:30AM-9:30AM at the counter on the 1st floor.

You can take the breakfast items served at the counter on the 1st floor to your room.

The Asakusa and Kuramae areas are filled with restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

Do you accommodate allergies?

Please let staff at breakfast know your requirements, so we can do our best to accomodate your needs. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the same service regarding the lounge snacks.

Do you have vegan, vegetarian, and halal menus?

While we do not offer specific menu items for guests with dietary requirements, we are happy to recommend a number of shops and restaurants nearby that cater to your needs.
